Intense Red Burgundy Permanent Hair Dye with Pigment Lock Technology that locks the Color

Permanent hair dye with pigment-lock technology that locks the color without the use of ammonia.

It offers 100% coverage of white and gray hair, long lasting and shiny color, while at the same time it treats and protects the hair from damage.

USE

FIRST USE

If you are dyeing your hair for the first time.

If you have not dyed your hair in the last 3 months or more.

Put a towel over your shoulders to protect the clothes.

Apply some greasy cream near the hair shaft so that you do not dye your skin.

Remove the jewelry and wear the gloves on the package.

Empty the entire contents of the 50mL dye tube into the color activating emulsion flask

Close the lid and shake the mixture well for 2 minutes, until smooth.

Once the mixture is ready, remove

RIGHT NOW

all the lid, then unscrew the tip and screw the open muzzle again.

The product is effective only if applied immediately after mixing.

Do not store the mixture after use.

Apply the mixture from the roots to the ends, section by section, using the tip of the applicator to separate the hair.

Put the rest of the product on the entire scalp and gently massage.

The mixture does not drip.

Leave on for 35 minutes.

Massage the hair with a little lukewarm water and rinse well until the water runs clear.

Then bathe with a mild shampoo and rinse.

Apply the sunscreen and Mountain Tea color stabilizing emollient contained in the package for colored hair.

Massage carefully to ensure proper absorption of ingredients.

Leave on for 1-2 minutes and rinse.

REPEAT USE

When the Hair Removes and you need to repaint the roots.

Follow the instructions from step 1 to step 4.

Apply the mixture ONLY to the roots using the tip of the applicator to separate the hair.

Leave on for 25 minutes.

Apply the remaining mixture to the length of the hair, gently massage and leave on for another 10 minutes.

Finish by following the instructions in steps 7 to 9.

IMPORTANT

In case the gray hair is very durable, leave the dye for an additional 5 minutes to completely cover the gray.

If the color on the rest of the hair has not faded, apply the remaining mixture to the length of the hair for another 5 minutes, for a more shiny result.

Always follow the recommended treatment time to avoid darker or lighter hair color results.

General information

All orders above 39€ with a maximum weight/mass up to 5 kilograms are dispatched for free to all regions of Greece. The sole exemption for this rule involves orders containing packages/crates of baby diapers whereas there is an additional charge per package/crate due to the metric mass/size of the parcel. 

The costs for each dispatch depend on a combination of size and weight (Volumetric system of the National Organisation of Air Transports IATA). In cases where the volumetric/mass weight of the dispatch is larger than the allowed limits (cases where the weight of the parcel is within limit but actual dimensions are above), the costs are calculated based on the mass/volume metric weight by multiplying the three dimensions of the parcel (Length x Width x Height) and dividing by 5.000.

Orders completed during working days until 13:00 (local time) and as long as the products are immediately available, are handed off to the courier service within the same day. All other orders are handed off to the courier service on the next working day. 

In cases where some of the products ordered are not immediately available, delivery time is dependant upon the supplier/producer availability. Should there be further delay than 4 working days, we will communicate with you with a full update about the completion of your order.

The delivery of the order/products at your location is arranged through communication with the courier service during working days.

Payment upon delivery
In cases where the payment upon delivery option through the courier service is selected, there will be an added cost of 1,7€ to the total amount of the order.

Cost of dispatch
For all orders containing baby diaper products and for all orders with a cost lower than 39,00€ , the following charges apply:

Athens

For all orders with total purchases lower than 39,00€ and weight/mass up to 5 kilograms, costs of dispatch are 2,10€ . Delivery of products within Athens takes place on the next working day. The sole exemption for this rule involves orders containing packages/crates of baby diapers whereas there is an initial charge of 4,00€ and an extra 3,75€ added cost per each aditional package/crate due to the metric mass/size of the parcel being sent through a courier service. 

Other regions of Greece

Delivery tο any land, island destinations and for all remote / inacessible areas, for all orders with a cost lower than 39,00€ and weight/mass up to 5 kilograms, the cost is 2,40€ and delivery is scheduled within two (2) working days. The sole exemption for this rule involves orders containing packages/crates of baby diapers whereas there is an initial charge of 4,70€ and an extra 4,35€ added cost per each aditional package/crate due to the metric mass/size of the parcel being sent through a courier service. 

Dispatch of parcels towards & from the following destinations: Crete, Rhodes, Kos, Karpathos, Kalymnos, Chios, Mytilini, Samos, Limnos, Icaria, Mykonos, Santorini, Milos, Kythira may exceed the delivery time of 7 days.

Pick-up from the pharmacy

• After the completion of your order, a confirmation email is sent to ensure the correct receival & logging.
• As soon as the order is ready for pick up from the store (pharmacy), you will be notified via email or sms, informing you about the opening-closing times of the store and the confirmation of readiness to pick up your order.
• Your order remains active in the store for 5 working days. After this time period the order is automatically labeled by the system as cancelled and the products are returned for sale.

Pick-up of orders from the physical store (pharmacy) occur during the following times:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 21:00

Attention:

In order to receive products from the physical store (pharmacy) at e-shop prices, you will have to mention that it involves purchasing through the electronic shop (e-shop). 

According to Greek law no medicine can be purchased through the internet, nor is it possible for us to receive/handle doctors recipes through the internet. For each similar case please contact our staff at our physical location during operating hours.

Dispatches to Cyprus

Dispatch of orders to Cyprus takes place within 2-3 working days and as long as the products are immediately available. The cost of dispatch for Cyprus is 17,00€. If payment upon delivery is selected there is an added cost of 6,20€.

Dispatches abroad / Other countries

All dispatches to other countries are handled through DHL courier service and the estimated time of delivery depends on the destination country. Before each international order, communication via email or by phone takes place to arrange and confirm dispatch costs . As an estimate, please find following the most common dispatch costs to international destinations.

International orders are accepted only after the order cost has been covered through either of the following payment methods:

• Paypal
• International bank tranfer

All above mentioned prices include VAT and fuel surcharges. Prices do not include any possible added charges from customs / imports offices of the country of destination.
